Some things do not need a process. They need an afternoon.
What you can bring
A decision
You have been putting it off for months and already know it will not resolve itself.
A conversation still pending
With someone who may no longer be here to have it.
A change you have already decided
You are going to make it anyway, but you would rather know what you are leaving behind.
The thing that wakes you
One issue, with a first and last name, that shows up at four in the morning every so often.
You do not need to start therapy to look at that. You need enough time in a single meeting.
How it works
Before
I send you a couple of written questions, so you arrive with the thing already in focus and we do not spend the first half hour getting our bearings.
The two hours
Depending on what you bring: individual constellation, body-based Gestalt work, or both.
Without the rush of a fifty-minute session.
When you leave
The thing moved: seen from an angle you could not reach alone, and knowing what depends on you and what does not.
Two hours will not sort out a life. They can sort out one thing.
Is it for you?
Yes, if…
You bring one concrete issue and want to look at it properly, once, without opening a long process.
Probably not, if…
What you are bringing has been repeating for years across all your relationships. One afternoon will fall short: that is what Not Yours to Carry is for.
You bring the thing. We sort it out together.
